Ephedrine

So I have been eating around 500cal a day..
Today I ate 800cal though.

I have been having trouble losing weight the past couple days, at least compared to what I have been lately.

Either I have reached a plateau, my body has gotten use to the ephedrine, or I am just about to start ‘that time’ of month because I am bloated and emotional as fuuuuck~
